Stickiness fades over time, ~15-20 uses or more. Use soapy water to wash and pat to dry. Store with clear film to prolong life. Creams and sweat may decrease stickiness faster (but if you don't mind that, a small amount of cream around the areola helps decrease the ripping-bandaid-off feeling!).
